Bag Packs

Join our friendly team & pack bags for donations, a great opportunity to talk to people & share awareness of what Hospice at Home does.

Join our friendly volunteer team helping to pack bags for donations at local supermarkets! This is a great opportunity to raise vital funds, connect with our community and raise important awareness of Hospice at Home.

Our volunteers kindly commit to help for 1 -2 hours slots and the bag packs usually take place in Carlisle and Penrith.  The fundraising day begins at 10am and runs until 6pm. At the start of the day a nominated volunteer will organise the collection tins/buckets and tabards/sashes and also display the Hospice at Home pop up banner and Charity information leaflets.

Volunteers are kindly asked to chat to customers, ask if they would like their bags packed, and smile and say thank you.

At the end of a day a nominated volunteer will close the bag pack by collecting all the equipment and funds raised and return the money and equipment to the office.

Hospice at Home is extremely fortunate that local supermarkets support our cause and these opportunities are important fundraisers on the Charity calendar.

Every penny raised will make a huge difference to local patients, carers or family members who are enduring difficult times.

If you would like to join our team and help with bag packs please contact our Fundraising Administrator, James on 01768 210719 or complete the form below.
