Auction Items

As the festive season approaches, we are looking for donations of good quality gifts for a special online auction to raise vital funds for Hospice at Home.

Ideas include: Vouchers, Experiences, Luxury Hampers, Handmade Items, Festive items the list is endless!

To offer an item to our Gift to our Gifts for Giving Auction, please complete the below form as detailed as possible.

The Auction

Do your Christmas Shopping with us this year!
The auction will go live on Sunday 15th November at 3pm and will be open until Monday 30th November at 1.30pm.
Please follow our social media pages and check our website nearer the time for updates.

Every winning bid will make a huge difference to the lives of patients and families who are cared for by Hospice at Home. Thank you.

Offer an Item to our Gifts for Giving Auction

Deadline for donations – 2nd November 2020. Please deliver your item(s) to: Hospice at Home, Valley Court, Barras Lane, Dalston, Cumbria, CA5 7NY by 2nd November or email a voucher if applicable. Thank you.

  • e.g. what is included in your lot, dimensions of the product etc. For crafted items, what is your item made from, how long did it take to make, etc? For vouchers, please let us know if it will be an e-voucher or if you will post/deliver it to us. If you are donating on behalf of a business or a group, please add details here. Please complete this section with as much information as possible to help us market and sell your item, in order to raise as much funds as possible for Hospice at Home. Thank you.
  • Would you like a reserve price adding to this item? If so, please add the price below
  • We require a photo of your donated item, please upload a landscape image here or email the image to events@hospiceathome.co.uk
  • To promote the fundraiser, Hospice at Home would like to add information about the lots to our social media pages, including if you are agreeable, who has kindly given an item. This information will also be shared on the auction website. Please tick the box below to tell us what information you are happy to share:
  • If an item(s) you kindly donate doesn't sell, we would be confident that we can raise valuable funds for Hospice at Home via another fundraising method such as another future online auction, our eBay store, within the Shops or for a grand raffle prize, we will of course still continue to achieve the reserve figure suggested. If you would prefer to have your item back, please tick the corresponding box below. If my item doesn't sell;
  • Would you be happy for us to share your reason for taking part in publicity material relating to this event?
  • We would love to keep in touch with you and with your permission we can add your details to our secure database. We can then contact you about how your support makes a difference to local patients, their families and carers, as well as updating you on future events, volunteering opportunities and other general news.
