Street Collections

Street collections are a unique experience to meet & talk to supporters. Fill an hour slot by collecting donations or count & balance funds.

Join our friendly volunteer team helping to raise funds at the Hospice at Home Street collections. This is a great opportunity to collect funds, connect with our local community and raise valuable awareness of Hospice at Home.

During the year there are a number of Street Collections which take place in Carlisle, Penrith and Wigton. The Charity apply for a permit from the council prior to the day and designated locations are identified within the city and towns for the collection points.

Volunteers are asked to give one hour of time to help collect in a designated location, or perhaps may prefer to be part of a counting and banking team for a morning or afternoon.

Supporters can also help to raise awareness of the Charity by wearing the mascot suit, Hugo the Sheep.

If you would like to join our team and help with Street Collections please contact our Fundraising Administrator, James on 01768 210719 or complete the below form.
