The generosity of ‘Regular Giving’

We are extremely grateful for every donation that we receive at Hospice at Home and by choosing the option of kindly donating a regular monthly /bi annual or annual gift you are enabling us to plan our care and support for patients and their families more effectively. As referrals for palliative care and support in the home continue to increase it is essential that we plan for the future to know, day in day out, that we will have a steady income stream that we can rely upon is vital to the patients, their families and carers.

Regular gifts small or large really do make a difference: Across a year:-

£2 a month would pay for an hour of counselling for a patient, carer or family member who are enduring difficult times.

£5 a month would pay for over 4 hours of Respite Care for Families and Carers to take a break and be assured there loved one was receiving the care, comfort and compassion they everyone deserves.

£10 a month would help enable us to provide specialised care from a Hospice at Home nurse to provide a night of support. This means the world to someone who wants to be looked after in the comfort of their own home, surrounded by the people and things that they love and cherish.

Gifts like these make an enormous difference to a patient and their family in the last few months, weeks and days of their life and help us achieve our aim of providing a dignified and peaceful death at home.
We kindly ask, can you help by making a regular commitment which will make a difference to a local patient, carer or family member?
