Covid-19 Update from Fiona Stobart, CEO of Hospice at Home
My last bulletin was on the 1st April - it seems such a long time ago and again so much has happened in relation to the Covid-19 virus. So much heartbreak for so many and the lockdown will continue for another three weeks as rightly I believe it should.
Two very important things have not changed: one is that we continue to provide nursing care to patients with palliative and end of life care needs, with the support of the Occupational Therapy and Family Support teams, and the other is that the local community have continued to support us in so many ways.....
To donate today and help to keep our services running please use the form below. Thank you.
By donating today you will help ensure that local patients receive care in their own home whilst also supporting their family and carers. Please see the Cost of Care for further information.
"Mum died in the home she loved and never wanted to leave, surrounded by pictures of her grandsons, my boys, and supported by the love and care of those who were looking after her - it was exactly how she wanted it to be"
From Skydiving to Coffee Mornings – you will find all of our events here! We hope you can join us soon.
