The Generosity of Regular Giving
Please help make a difference within our community and join the Hospice at Home Sunflower Supporter Family!!
Our Sunflower Supporters kindly donate regularly, this may be monthly, quarterly or annually, every regular gift large or small would be helping local patients who are amongst the most vulnerable, receive vital care and comfort within their home, whilst supporting their families and carers.
Our thanks to you
To say a special thank you, all new Sunflower Supporters will receive a special edition Hospice at Home branded Sunflower pin badge*, the sunflower is a well-recognised symbol of hospice care and can often be related to the vital support given by hospice providers.

We are extremely grateful for every donation that we receive at Hospice at Home and by choosing to donate regularly you are enabling us to plan our care and support for patients and their families more effectively.
As referrals for palliative care and support in the home continue to increase, it is essential that we plan for the future to ensure that we know, day in day out, that we will have a steady income stream that we can rely upon, to provide vital support to patients, their families and carers.
Regular gifts small or large really do make a difference: Across a year:-
£2 a month would pay for an hour of counselling from our Family and Bereavement Team for a patient, carer or family member.
£5 a month would pay for over 4 hours of Respite Care for families. Carers can take a break knowing their loved one is receiving the care, comfort and compassion that everyone deserves.
£15 a month would pay for a night of specialised care and support from a Hospice at Home nurse. This means the world to someone who wants to be looked after in the comfort of their own home, surrounded by the people and things that they love and cherish.
Gifts like these make an enormous difference to a patient and their family in the last few months, weeks and days of their life and help us achieve our aim of providing a dignified and peaceful death at home.
We kindly ask, can you help by making a regular commitment?
