London to Paris Bike Ride

5 June - 9 June

London to Paris Riders celebrate reaching Paris

Take on the London to Paris challenge for a truly inspirational experience

We’ll spend 4 days in the saddle, cycling 309 miles from capital to capital. Our journey begins in London with the route taking us through glorious English countryside as we cycle from Kent to Dover, before crossing the Channel to Calais. Once across the water, we start cycling ‘French style’, remembering to keep to the right!  We cycle along quiet French country lanes, through traditional market towns with views of the rolling green hills of Northern France, passing the war memorials and cemeteries of the Somme. Enjoy the electric atmosphere of arriving in Paris like you are part of the Tour de France whilst knowing that your have helped raised vital funds for your community.

Thank you submitting your query Christine.

Do you have to make your own to London? – Yes you will need to make your own way to London.

If self funding does that cover accommodation travel etc? – Yes that will cover accommodation and travel during the challenge.

Is it ok to use an electric bike? – Yes but Global Adventure bike mechanics during the challenge don’t have full experience with electric bikes if your bike breaks down. Also, Global Adventures can’t guarantee that the hotels that you stay in will allow charging.

I hope that helps Christine. Please let us know if you need any more information. Thank you for considering this challenge event and supporting Hospice at Home.
