- Bereavement Together: Last Thursday of every month at Penrith Leisure Centre 1-3pm. During National Grief Awareness week in December the team held in Penrith a successful pop up Bereavement café. Following it’s success we are happy to announce the launch of a new group called Bereavement Together from 2024 that will meet at Penrith Leisure Centre on the last Thursday of every month 1 – 3pm the aim of the group is to bring individuals together who have experienced the loss of omeone close to them; offering a safe space for people to share personal experiences and feelings and to connect with pthers experiencing grief.
