Light up a Life
Please remember a loved one and dedicate a light this Christmas, your support will help us to keep our clinical services operating especially with the challenges we face with the
Covid-19 pandemic.
Thank you for your continued support and generosity.
The festive season is traditionally a time for families and loved ones to get together. Light up a Life is an occasion to remember and celebrate the lives of those who have died, a special someone who you have been unable to visit, or someone you cannot be with, but are always in our thoughts.
This year especially many of us have experienced isolation and loneliness, the Covid-19 pandemic has highlighted more than ever how important our families and friends are to us all.
We invite you to dedicate a light to your special someone.
Each light symbolises and celebrates the life of that person, remembering precious moments and memories.

As part of your Light up a Life support:
- A tree will bear the light dedicated to your loved one*.
- A personalised card and special pin badge will be sent to you.
- The names of those who are being remembered will be added to a Book of Remembrance. The Book of Remembrance will be added to this page at the end of the year.

New for this year - Dedicate a Light Annually
We understand you may wish to support the Charity and remember your loved one/s on an annual basis, with this in mind we have established a new donation facility, if you kindly wish to choose this option please tick the ‘Make this donation box’ below and select 'yearly' from the drop down menu. Hospice at Home will automatically process your gift each year and add your dedication to our Light up a Life Appeal annually.
This generous support will not only be an opportunity to remember your ‘someone special’ each year at Hospice at Home but will also help the future long term sustainability of the Charity which will help the Clinical Team provide end of life care in the home and give vital support to patients, families and carers of the future. Thank You in anticipation for your support.
