Message from the Chair

Hospice Care Week commences 06 -12 October and I would like to take this opportunity to thank our President, Vice-President, Patrons, staff, trustees, stakeholder and volunteers for all you have contributed to Hospice at Home to enable us to provide outstanding palliative and end of -life- care to our patients and support for their families and carers. You all do so much but can we ask one more thing of you?

There is a national campaign led by Hospice UK entitled Hospice Care Much More Than You Think. that serves to celebrate the work of UK hospices and the people who carry it out. There will be a special event on 15^th October in Westminster for MPs to discuss End-of-Life Care and members of the public are asked to write to their MP and ask them to attend this day.
