John Richardson & Son Penrith raises over £16,500 to date for Local Charity

Hospice at Home Carlisle & North Lakeland extends a heartfelt thank you to John Richardson & Son in Penrith for their continued support. Today, Corporate Fundraiser Kylie Palmer was delighted to accept a cheque for £2,047.48, making the grand total in donations to date a huge £16,549.15.

As a family-owned business providing high quality products and services to trade and DIY customers, John Richardson & Son truly value their commitment and exceptional caring values. Their continued support and contributions will help Hospice at Home Carlisle and North Lakeland provide free, essential care and support to local people and families in their own home.

Following the visit, Kylie Palmer shared her gratitude:
“John Richardson & Sons have been a valued business partner for over 10 years now and it is always a pleasure to pop along and meet the team. Their enthusiasm is infectious and they are always looking for new ways to support us. As well as sales of plants and festive wreaths, this amazing figure is made up from their customers kindly popping their change in collection tins, coffee mornings, sales of Christmas cards and supporting events. They are about to launch a new fundraiser and we are very excited to support their new initiative which will be announced soon!”
