Location: Valley Court, Dalston Head Office with role covering Carlisle, Eden and North Allerdale
Salary: £41,554.5 pro rata

Main duties of the job
As a key people leader with in the service, you will support the operational running of our Day and Night Nursing Team, ensuring patients and their families receive the best possible support.

Hospice at Home provide exceptional care and support in peoples last year of life, also providing additional services such as Nursing and Respite care, Lymphoedema, Bereavement and Family Support, Befriending, Occupational Therapy and Complementary Therapy.
We provide individualised care and support to improve quality of life. To support a peaceful and dignified death in the patient’s preferred place of care.
Our clinical service area covers a mixture of urban and rural communities, a region of approximately 1,500 square miles and a population of 200,000 throughout North and East Cumbria.
