Light up a Life
Light up our community with memories of someone you love.
Light up a Life is an occasion to remember and celebrate the lives of someone who is no longer with us, but is always in our thoughts.
Why not dedicate a light to your special someone?
Each light symbolises and celebrates the life of that person, remembering precious moments and memories.

Hospice at Home will automatically process your gift each year and add your dedication to our Light up a Life Appeal annually.
This generous support will not only be an opportunity to remember your ‘someone special’ each year at Hospice at Home but will also help the future long term sustainability of the Charity which will help the Clinical Team provide end of life care in the home and give vital support to patients, families and carers of the future.
