Till Work
Love meeting people? Fancy trying retail? Be a Till Assistant Volunteer and help turn every sale into support for hospice care. Serve customers, handle payments, and make sure every item counts—including Gift Aid!
Customer Service
Love helping people? Enjoy being part of a busy shop? Be a Customer Service Volunteer—welcome customers, take donations, answer queries, and help keep the shop floor tidy and well-stocked
Digital Specialist
Love research, writing, and finding hidden treasures? Be a Volunteer Digital Specialist—spot, describe, and price donated items to help fund hospice care. Turn clicks into care.
Merchandising
Love styling and display? Got an eye for what sells? Be a Merchandiser Volunteer and help turn shop windows and instore displays into fundraising powerhouses.
Book Specialist
Are you a bookworm with a knack for spotting a good read? Be a Book Specialist Volunteer—sort, style, and showcase donated books to help fund hospice care. Give stories a second chapter
Meet and Greeter
Love a friendly chat and a warm welcome? Be a Volunteer Meet and Greeter—make every customer feel at home and help fund hospice care.
Housekeeping
Love a clean space and a welcoming vibe? Be a Volunteer Housekeeper in our hospice retail shop—keep the shop floor sparkling, the back areas fresh, and help create a great experience for customers and volunteers.
Homewares Specialist
Love stylish homeware? Got an eye for hidden gems? Be a Homewares Specialist Volunteer—sort, style, and showcase donated items to help fund hospice care.
Sorting Donations
Love fashion? Enjoy organising? Become a Donation Sorter Volunteer and help turn pre-loved items into vital funds for hospice care. Sort, assess, and prep donations for resale, repair, or recycling.
Clothing Steamer
Love fresh fashion? Enjoy making clothes look great? Be a Clothing Steamer Volunteer—refresh, de-crease, and prep garments to shine on the shop floor. Steam with style.
Stock Room Assistant
Love sorting and organising? Be a Stock Room Volunteer and help turn donations into sales! Prep, price, and rotate stock to keep our shops fresh and fundraising strong.
Music and Entertainment Specialist
Love music, movies, and a well-stocked shelf? Be a Volunteer Entertainment Specialist—sort, organise, and spotlight collectables that help fund hospice care.
