Hospice at Home receive £20,000 Grant from Albert Hunt Trust

Hospice at Home are very pleased to announce that we have received a generous grant from the Albert Hunt Trust. The £20,000 received will enable Hospice at Home to provide end of life care in the home to local people whilst supporting their families are carers. Without the support of our local community and Trusts like Albert Hunt, Hospice at Home would struggle to keep these vital services free of charge, across 1,500 square miles of the North and East of Cumbria.

With this grant Hospice at Home, can continue to support local patients allowing them to meet death with peace and dignity, while staying in their own communities, spaces and homes, surrounded by their loved ones and personal possessions. Thank you so much!
