Bunny Hop

Hospice at Home would like to invite you to get involved in our exciting Easter fundraising campaign, the ‘Bunny Hop’.

Our ‘Bunny Hop’ will be running throughout March and April 2025. All you need to do is choose a suitable day which works for you (around the Easter holidays), a time and a location for your hop and Hospice at Home will provide each child in your school with a template to create their own bunny ears and a certificate for taking part.

Children may run, jog, walk, crawl or hop around the playground, hall, playing field, etc – it’s up to you! You could do all kinds of things, including obstacle courses, dance routines or even walk around a local park.

We will provide you the below templates to print:

• Bunny ears – These can be decorated and personalised by each student
• Event poster – A template poster to promote your event and fundraising
• Certificate – to give to each child taking part
• Letter for parents / guardians – to send to explain the event and sponsorship
• Sponsorship form – to help raise incredible funds!

Sponsorship is not compulsory for this event, however you can be safe in the knowledge any funds raised will help your local Hospice at Home.

In addition to the sponsorship forms, each child may wish to set up an online giving page, so that parents and relatives can donate electronically. We will set up a dedicated Just Giving page for all schools taking part. You can then share this page with your families and they can donate directly to the school’s fundraising or create their own page to share with loved ones.

As well as being a fun, physical activity that the children can enjoy taking part in with their friends, it will also give them an opportunity to learn about the work of Hospice at Home.
