Healthwatch Cumberland have been given the opportunity to work alongside Hospice at Home to hear the voices of those who have been supported by, have worked with or have been involved with the services we offer either currently or historically.  

 

Hospice at Home is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for adults, their families and carers through skilled and compassionate care and support within their homes and communities.  

 

The aim is that this independent and anonymised feedback will contribute to a wider discussion highlighting what we are doing well, as well as identifying areas requiring further improvement. We would value your honest and transparent experiences to help shape and improve this vital service.
