Healthwatch Cumberland Report is out

In 2023 as an organisation we commissioned Healthwatch Cumberland to conduct a survey with patients, partner organisations, the wider public and staff, as we seek to actively listen, continually improve and provide excellent care.

The report has provided us with some useful feedback and recommendations, some of which we are already working on, some will inform our future strategy, we are grateful to all those who participated. We see this feedback as  exciting and welcome the new suggestions for improvement, an action plan has been developed to work through this.
