Hospice at Home Secure Three Grants

We are pleased to share that the Hospice at Home fundraising team have secured three grants in the last month!

We would like to thank The Hadfield Trust, Persimmon Community Champion and the Lakes and Dales Community Grant for supporting the charity and providing us with vital funds. Receiving grants like these will allow the charity to deliver continued service to local patients who are living with life limiting illnesses whilst supporting their family and carers through difficult and devastating times. All of our services are free of charge thank you for helping Hospice at Home to serve its local community.
